Items for future consideration
The upstairs air conditioning unit appears to be functioning, but will continued to be monitored.
The west sleeping porch does not have siding. It appears that it was removed during roof repair and never replaced. Consider replacing cedar siding to help prevent moisture intrusion.
One chimney cap is either missing or was never in place. Consider adding a chimney cap to prevent animal infestation.
